Jon grew up in Victoria’s Central Highlands, working on his parents’ farm and others nearby. After his father’s passing, he took on the family farm, where his interest in regenerative practices grew but the succession process left him without land. Starting a family, however, only deepened his determination to build an ethical, regenerative way of farming and living. Cultured Estates gave Jon and Jess the missing pieces to launch their own Regenerative farm. With shared values at the core, they’re creating not only healthy, nutritious food for their family, but also easier access for the wider community.
